The universal STENHOJ Table-Up Model for soft broaching and hard re-broaching in hardened work pieces is a heavy and compact broaching machine.

The Table-Up model is easy to automate. Automation is often applied with the integration of a robot from the rear side of the machine and no safety-fencing. This allows for easy front access to the machine.

Technology

STENHOJ has developed a unique UNIVERSAL dual broaching machine for soft- and hard broaching of internal splines.

Driven by an electromechanical SERVO drive, the machine achieves an extremely high speed and accuracy that dynamically ensures correct acceleration and positioning during an entire broach operation.

The machine uses broaching oil as well as water soluble as coolant, with additional fine filtration of minor chips, further contributing to the machine's high performance on quality.

STENHØJ's universal machine is used especially for production of components in the automotive industry, where only the highest quality in the accuracy of splines is accepted.

STENHOJ hard broaching machines are constructed in the economical and compact Box model with fixed table and the high performing and flexible Table-Up model.
